Once upon a time a man called Pellachi started building his own town. He was not rich, he was not smart, but he was a dedicated worker and a talented person in general. Year after year house after house the settlement grew bigger. People started settling down and doing some simple work: building, cultivating, growing, etc.. Now Pellachi Town is the most famous place of the Silent Meadows.
